[Hal is incredibly reluctant to step aside. It's taking absolutely all of his considerable willpower not to be a dick to everyone present. He just wants to drag Barry home where it can be just the two of them. Three weeks is entirely too long to be apart, especially when it was spent with everyone treating him like Barry had died again. But they're already here, Barry probably needs to eat soon and Hal is sure his family wants to see him for at least a little while. He takes Barry's hand when it's offered, giving it a little squeeze]
